A British-Persian writer + director, Dorny brings authentic stories to life with striking visual flair. As a creative in advertising, Dorny cut his teeth making award-winning campaigns for global brands at renowned agencies such as McCann, Havas, and TBWA. He’s gone on to direct visceral music videos for electronic maestros Maelstrom and Louisahhh. His latest BFI supported short film, Caterpillar, showcases his ability to communicate complex themes through grounded story-telling and an elevated style.
